a. If a Guest cancels his/her reservation, by providing a notice to the Host, up to 7 days (including the 7th day) prior to the scheduled time for check-in, then the Guest will be entitled to a refund of 90% of the Price paid for the Accommodation, but he/she will still be subject to the Website Fees.
Example : Check-in scheduled October 24 at 10.30 am. The Guest can send a notice up until October 17 at 10.30 am and receive the 90% refund. At 10.31 am it will be too late!
b. If a Guest cancels his/her reservation by providing a notice to the Host, within 7 days prior to the scheduled time for check-in, the Guest will be entitled to a refund of 50% of the total Price paid for the Accommodation, less the price representing the first night of reservation. The Guest will also still be subject to the Website Fees.
c. After check-in, even if the Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, no refund of the Price and the Website Fees will be made. However, in case a security deposit would have been paid by the Guest prior to or at Check-in and if the conditions are met (guest has vacated the Accommodation which has been checked for any loss or damages), the Host will give the Guest his/her security deposit back, without waiting the end of the period of reservation.
